Play differently with Google Products Using Gmail

You can use Google products, like Gmail or Calendar and many more using your single Gmail account, in the same window on your computer. This way, you can keep track of important info regarding your profession without switching between different tabs.

Check your calendar, notes, or tasks

  1. Open Gmail on your computer.
  2. At the right place on your screen, choose below options:
    • Calendar: Check your schedule and add or edit and delete completed events.
    • Keep: Create a note or list of things to be done.
    • Tasks: List out all to-do items and deadlines of activities.
  3. At top right corner close the side panel on your display, click Close.

Note: These options aren’t available for the old Gmail versions but if you face hurdles while accessing any of the features of Google then opt out at Gmail customer service phone number conveniently.

Create a calendar event

  1. Open Gmail on your computer.
  2. Click Calendar option on right side.
  3. Select time on the calendar displayed.
  4. Now enter event details, and Save.

Create a note or list

  1. Click Gmail on a computer
  2. Click Keep option on the right.
  3. Choose from options now:
    • Take a note
    • New list.
  4. Add the text you want to specify.
  5. Make it Done.

Create a task

  1. Open your Gmail on the computer.
  2. Click Tasks present at right.
  3. Select Add a task option now.
  4. Enter your particular task.
  5. You can edit details or a due date.
  6. Click Back when done.

Save an email as a task

  1. Open Gmail and select Tasks on the right.
  2. In your inbox, choose the appropriate email you want to save as task.
  3. Simply drag that email to the side panel.

Organize your tasks into lists

You can separate different kinds of tasks, like your personal and professional differently.

  1. Click Tasks to the right of Gmail.
  2. At the top corner, click the Down arrow to Create new list.
  3. Enter a right name for the list, and then click OK.
  4. Jump to a different list, by clicking the Down arrow.
